    Q: What kind of photo should I send?

    A: A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see works best. Front-facing or slightly angled shots give us the most detail to work with.

    Q: How long does it take to receive my mug?

    A: Allow us 2-3 days to custom make the mug. Afterwards, it will be shipped and should arrive within another 4–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.
